Event Cancellation Policy:

By completing your online registration, you accept the following policies regarding event and hotel cancellation fees and cut-off dates: The Cut-Off Date for event cancellations is Sunday, September 1, 2024. Registration fees and hotel reservations are on a first-come-first-serve basis. The Group Rate might sell out before the Cut-Off Date therefore, we strongly advise you to make your reservations early. Please note: If you make your hotel reservation after Thursday, October 3, the group rate may no longer be available. You will be subject to the hotel's prevailing rate for your room. If you cancel or change your event registration and hotel reservation after the cut-off date, it will result in 100% payment of your original meeting registration and hotel reservation. All "No Shows" will result in 100% payment. You must cancel your meeting registration with NOA directly in writing. You must cancel your hotel reservation directly with the hotel (OMNI PGA Frisco Resort​). Any penalties/charges will be assessed directly by the hotel to the individual.

Hotel Group Rate Booking/Cancellation Details:

All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card. A one night's room and tax deposit is due at time of booking. Any guaranteed reservations not cancelled 28 days prior to the arrival date will be charged their full stay. The resort fee of $30 per room per night is applicable for this group.
