All Supplier Partners will have a complimentary booth in the Supplier Hall however, each supplier attendee will need to register and book a hotel room.


You spoke and we listened, joining us at the 7th Annual Meeting will be a Supplier Hall design like never before. It will be filled with exhilarating activities and family fun that will entertain and draw attendees of all ages into the Supplier Hall.



Alliance​ will be handling the Supplier Hall set-up. Supplier move-in will begin Friday morning on 11/1.

The Exhibit Hall is carpeted. 


MATERIAL HANDLING


It is recommended to ship all exhibit materials to the advanced warehouse. Shipping to the warehouse willensure that materials are in the booth space for exhibitor set up. The warehouse deadline date has beenextended for receiving to Friday, October 25, 2024. The standard warehouse material handling charge willbe honored for all shipments received by this date. Any shipments sent directly to the facility will berequired to be handled by Alliance Nationwide Exposition Company. The prevailing warehouse materialhandling rate plus a 20% minimum surcharge will be added to all direct shipments.

Outbound shipments not consigned to Alliance Transportation and Logistics, the Official Show Carrier, require a pick-up to be scheduled in advance by the exhibiting company with its designated carrier of choice.


For outbound carrier pick up, please schedule your carrier to pick up from the above Outbound Pick Up address between the hours of 9:00am and 2:00pm on Monday, November 4, 2024 only. Carrier check-in deadline is 1:00pm on Monday, November 4, 2024. 


All exhibit materials must be removed from the exhibit hall by 2:00pm on Monday, November 4, 2024.
