7th Annual Meeting

Each Supplier Partner company will have a complimentary booth in the Supplier Hall however, each Supplier attendee will need to register and book a hotel room. All are welcome to attend the forums, as well as conference receptions and activities.

You spoke and we listened, joining us at the 7th Annual Meeting will be a Supplier Hall design like never before. It will be filled with exhilarating activities and family fun that will entertain and draw attendees of all ages into the Supplier Hall.



Alliance​ will be handling the Supplier Hall set-up. Supplier move-in will begin Friday morning on 11/1. The Supplier Hall Exhibitor Kit will be ready by August 2nd. Until then, you can contact Adam Unger for details regarding the Supplier Hall.

Event Cancellation Policy:

By completing your online registration, you accept the following policies regarding event and hotel cancellation fees and cut-off dates: The Cut-Off Date for event cancellations is Friday, October 4, 2024. Registration fees and hotel reservations are on a first-come-first-serve basis. The Group Rate might sell out before the Cut-Off Date therefore, we strongly advise you to make your reservations early. Please note: If you make your hotel reservation after Thursday, October 3, the group rate may no longer be available. You will be subject to the hotel's prevailing rate for your room. If you cancel or change your event registration and hotel reservation after the cut-off date, it will result in 100% payment of your original meeting registration and hotel reservation. All "No Shows" will result in 100% payment. You must cancel your meeting registration with NOA directly in writing. You must cancel your hotel reservation directly with the hotel (OMNI PGA Frisco Resort​). Any penalties/charges will be assessed directly by the hotel to the individual.

Hotel Group Rate Booking/Cancellation Details:

All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card. A one night's room and tax deposit is due at time of booking. Any guaranteed reservations not cancelled 28 days prior to the arrival date will be charged their full stay. The resort fee of $30 per room per night is applicable for this group.
